Update: German accused of raping girl in Pattaya
We now have some pictures and more information about the German man accused of raping a 16 year old girl in Pattaya. The accused is a registered sex offender in Germany. I can't say that Pattaya is the best place for a sex offender to change his ways.

Anyone charged should not have their name and photo published. It prejudices their defence and deems them to be guilty before their day in court. That goes for their past criminal history too.
I guess in Thailand you have to prove your innocence instead of the prosecutors proving their case. Great opportunity for scammers hand in hand with police. TIT
Wow, now he's a sex offender in TWO different countries. Usually, it's two different TOWNS. Even at 64, it's not too late to understand that you're f-cked up and need serious help.
I sometimes see older farang men standing around at night by the pier just before walking street. You can see them chatting with thai mothers with their kids...i always thought it looked extremely dodgy.
