Farang kidnapped, bitten by scorpion, wife left him

You can't make up some of the things that befall farangs in Thailand. This poor chap from Wales was living in Pattaya when his Thai wife left him (with her ladyboy son) and then her relatives evicted him from his house and left him naked in a sack in the forest here he was promptly bitten by a scorpion. He is now in hospital in Wales, penniless.
